Information is processed pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and other applicable Philippine laws.

Appropriate administrative, organizational, physical, and technical safeguards have been implemented to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.

Disclosure

Information is disclosed only to authorized government personnel or agencies when required by law or necessary for official disaster management operations.

Authorized Access

Access to this system is limited to authorized personnel who require access to perform their official duties.

User Responsibilities
  • Protect your login credentials.
  • Access only information necessary for official work.
  • Keep resident information confidential.
  • Log out after completing your session.
  • Report suspected security incidents immediately.
Prohibited Activities
  • Sharing usernames or passwords.
  • Downloading confidential resident information without authorization.
  • Accessing records unrelated to official duties.
  • Attempting to bypass system security controls.
  • Using the system for personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes.
Monitoring

All login attempts, user activities, and system transactions are logged, monitored, and may be audited.

Violations

Violations of this policy may result in suspension of access privileges, administrative sanctions, civil liability, and criminal prosecution under applicable Philippine laws.
