The PDRRMO Evacuation Management and Monitoring System collects and processes personal information to support disaster preparedness, evacuation management, emergency response, relief operations, and post-disaster reporting.
Information is processed pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and other applicable Philippine laws.
Appropriate administrative, organizational, physical, and technical safeguards have been implemented to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.
Information is disclosed only to authorized government personnel or agencies when required by law or necessary for official disaster management operations.
Questions regarding this Privacy Notice may be directed to the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.

All login attempts, user activities, and system transactions are logged, monitored, and may be audited.
